Our boutique displays various dress collections with clear pricing. We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis for every transaction. This means the total amount displayed at checkout is the exact figure you provide to the courier at your doorstep. We do not apply any hidden fees, nor do we charge for shipping. All prices are listed in local currency.

While we strive for accuracy in our product descriptions and imagery, we encourage shoppers to be certain of their selections before finalizing an order. We do not permit returns or exchanges for a change of mind, so please ensure your choice aligns with your needs before confirming.

3. Fulfillment and Delivery Promise

We maintain a transparent timeline for getting your selections to you. Once an order is placed, our team requires 2 business days for internal processing, which includes cautious packaging and preparing the parcel for dispatch.

Following this phase, the item is handed over to our logistics partners for transit, which takes an additional 1 to 2 business days. The total delivery window is between 3 and 4 business days. You may cancel your order at any point while the item remains in our possession. However, once the package is dispatched and with the logistics team, the delivery must be completed.

4. Liability and Returns

Luxestirax is committed to delivering items that arrive in proper condition. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us at help@luxestirax.com. We will organize a pickup at our own expense. Following a 24-hour inspection period at our facility, we will either arrange a replacement or, if the item is unavailable, initiate a full refund. Refunds are issued via bank transfer since we do not hold your billing details.

Once we process the refund, it may take 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution. Our responsibility is limited to the replacement or refund of the specific item purchased. We do not charge any restocking fees for these instances.
